What is personal data

What are our objectives when collecting your personal data

IGMA AB needs to have a contact with customers, as well as with other organizations with similar goals. Persons are usually the active representatives of such entities. Therefore the personal data is kept for communication with this entities. Additionally, for cybersecurity purposes, digital identification tokens such as IP addresses used to reach IGMA servers or e-mails will be collected to enforce security rules.

Depending on how you contact us, we may collect your name, the organization that you represent, your phone number, e-mail, work address, IP address and/or digital identification tokens.

How long we retain your personal data

The data is retained indefinitely. You may however invoke your right of personal data deletion at any moment you consider appropriate.

Who we share your data with

Your data is almost never sent outside IGMA AB. The following are the only exceptions:

  1. At your request, your data may be shared with a third party appointed by you.
  2. With your explicit approval, which we will ask outside this website, your data may be shared with a third party we would like that contacts you.
